Minimum stay 2/3 days for periods A-B Free arrival.
Minimum stay 7 days for periods C-D-E-F Weekly arrival (mon-sun)
Cleaning of the flat: Euro 50,00 at chek-in
Deposit: required for booking
Cautionary deposit: € 100 which will be held for damage to the apartment and if you leave the dirty dishes
Linen on request: Euro 10,00 per person
Bath linen on request: Euro 10,00 per person
Contractual rules:
The booking will be valid only after your confirmation by e-mail and it will be definitive only after a 30% deposit.
Services included: electricity, water and gas, private parking.
On request: washing machine, bed and bath linen, extra cleanings, microwave, heating, internet, ferries and flights.
All services on request are available for a fee.
*Satellite channels: TV with a predisposition to receive channels from Astra and Hotbird satellites; possibility of access to Sky channels bringing your own decoder and card.
